Points of Interest: Formulated to leave a silky, smooth feel on skin or hair. Paraben Free.
Directions: Recommended fragrance load is 0.5% to 2%

Directions:
Add .5% fragrance (0.5% = 1/2 teaspoon per 16 ounces of base). Add cosmetic liquid color dye as desired. Pour into bottles. Each fragrance reacts differently in the base. Test your formula to ensure the desired results.
